
Bazan Painting Company was founded in 1977 by Walter Bazan, Sr. His vision and business principles, which were incorporated to begin the company, continue today though quality, customer service and performance on the customer's schedules. These business principles and vision are the cornerstones of the company, are significant to the success of Bazan Painting Company.
The Company is committed to uphold the principles that have sustained the growth of Bazan Painting Company and given rise to growing client base. Bazan Painting Company firmly believes that what differentiates them from the competition is the focus of providing what the customer needs when the customer wants it and not at the convenience of Bazan Painting Company. The Company realizes that this can cause scheduling headaches and problems, but the positive results and appreciation from our clients translates into profits, which we will all work for and share.
It has always been the Company's principle objective to provide a safe, enjoyable workplace where everyone is able to share in the profits and fruits of their labor. Bazan Painting Company has experienced growth outside of the St. Louis area by utilizing our existing St. Louis customer base. Because of the strong and successful working relationship of the principles of the Company, this has resulted in projects being awarded outside of St. Louis. In a number of cases these projects have grown to the point that they have become successful long-term projects. Due to the success of these ongoing projects, we are working to insure that they continue into the future.
The painting industry is undergoing many changes. It is the desire of Bazan Painting Company to embrace new technology as it becomes available, but only after proper investigation. Bazan Painting Company has been known as a company willing to take risks and willing to try different types of work within the painting industry. We expect to continually meet this challenge.
